The form on the site sends the email and the message so we can reply. No hidden newsletter.

Visits

Visits are measured with Google Analytics (G-1NLQNMRS7Z). The script starts when the page loads. We do not send the content of messages with it. Detail: Cookies.

Payment

The order is paid through Stripe. We do not store the card number. Stripe collects what it needs for the payment, on its own path.

Prospecting

Contact details come from the Belgian public register (KBO/BCE) and the public web. To stop messages, with no explanation: Stop the messages.

Retention and rights

Messages are kept for as long as it takes to handle the request. The block list is kept so we do not write again. Visits follow the Google Analytics account setting.
